Most of our products are consumable, perishable products that need to be refrigerated to prevent spoilage. Kindly ensure someone is home to receive our products as they are highly susceptible to temperature changes. This is also to prevent food contamination if the product is left outside your home. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of any food products.
We undertake stringent food handling practices for all our products. Therefore, products purchased and accepted upon delivery cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. The only exception is when the item was delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery.
In the event where you have an issue with our products, please contact us with your order number and our team will be most happy to assist in addressing your concerns.
Do note that there will be an additional cost of $20 for redelivery. For redeliveries, we will not be liable for any changes in quality of items.
