Tasting Notes: Golden yellow in colour with notes of apricot, orchard fruits and flint. The integration with oak gives it notes of toast, vanilla and spices. It is dry, creamy and fresh with a long finish.
Pairing: Grilled Red, White Meats, Fish Dishes. Can be used as an appetizer too.
